Q: What is Gear Burger?
A: Gear Burger is a free service committed to delivering you the gear deals you're looking for.
Q: How do I get started and create some alerts?
A: From Home, click Get Started. First tell us what brands you're interested in and then tell us the types of gear you'd like to hear about. When you click submit we'll send you an email that will contain a link that you'll need to click to activate your account and alerts. You should change your password once you can access your account to something you can remember.
Q: How do I log in?
A: Click "Login" in the upper navigation bar and then enter the email address and password on your account.
Q: How do I resent my password?
A: If you can't remember your password, click "I forgot my password" and follow the prompts to reset your password. If know your password but would like to change it, login to your account and click the "Change Password" link within your home page and follow the prompts you reset your password.
Q: How do I change my alert settings?
A: To change your alert settings, login to your account and click "Edit" next to area you would like to change, then save your new settings. Also every email alert you receive from Gear Burger will contain a link that will allow you to deactivate that alert. Simply click the link to deactivate the alert.
Q: How do I block a product?
A: To block a specific product, click the Block Product link within the alert email you receive. Doing this will add the product to your blocked product list. You can remove items from the list at any time.
Q: How do I follow a product?
A: Once you have created a profile, you can find products in our catalog to follow. We'll then be sure to update you when we see a deal for that product. It works and it's awesome. You can remove items from the list at any time.
Q: Why am I not getting my Gear Burger emails?
A: Check your spam filter! Be sure to add alerts@gearburger.com to your address book or white list. Also if your alert parameters are very specific, it may be a long time before we see a deal that is a match.
Q: What sites do you monitor?
A: We currently monitor Tramdock, Steep and Cheap, Chainlove, Brociety, Bonktown and Whiskey Militia with more on the way!
Q: How can I get Gear Burger to monitor deals on a site that I like?
A: We love feedback and suggestions! Submit a message in our support forum and we'll be sure to check it out!

A: We try to keep this FAQ page as helpful and current as possible, but if you have a question that needs answering or if you'd simply like to give us a shout out, visit our support forum. If you've had a problem, chances are someone else has or will too.
